Although many projects are different, most go through two rounds of revisions. We love to collaborate, use your feedback and deliver a finished product that we’re all in awe of.

Depends on the scope of work. Some projects go through drafting, revisions and delivery in less than a week. Some take several weeks. We’re obsessed with beating deadlines and working together with you on a timeline.

We’re flexible because we can be. We’ve worked on most writing or editing platforms so we deliver the final products in a number of ways. Google Docs is our preference. No matter the delivery method, each asset will be clearly outlined with instructions and notes for your team’s ease of use in posting, printing, publishing or presenting. 

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depending on the asset, we provide design and art with the deliverable. Should you need full art creation, our contact list of amazing designers we’ve worked with before is long and readily available. We’ll handle it all if necessary.
