TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: April 01, 2026
Welcome to LG Works (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and purchasing our writing, editing, strategic narrative services, or consultation packages, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered
We provide professional writing, copy editing, and strategic narrative consulting and/or asset production.
Custom Projects: Scope, timelines, and deliverables for custom projects will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or email agreement.
Consultation Packages: These are pre-paid sessions purchased via our online checkout.

2. Online Purchases & Payments
Checkout: By adding a consultation package to your cart and completing the purchase, you agree to pay the listed price.
Payment Processors: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card information.
Refunds: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is booked, but may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)
Our Content: All website content, including blog posts and strategic frameworks, is owned by Your Business Name.
Client Work: Upon full payment, the copyright for final written deliverables (articles, scripts, etc.) transfers to you. We retain the right to use portions or full pieces of the work in our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete the project. Delays in communication may result in adjusted delivery dates.

5. Revisions and Edits
Consultation packages do not include written deliverables unless specified. For writing projects, two rounds of minor revisions are included. Substantial changes to the original brief will be billed as "Scope Creep" at our hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability
We provide strategic advice and writing services "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales increases or media placements). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel a project or consultation if a client is abusive, non-responsive, or requests services that violate ethical standards. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unearned fees may be issued.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

9. Contact Us
For questions regarding these terms, please contact us.

10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
AI as a Tool: We may use Artificial Intelligence tools to assist with brainstorming, outlining, headline generation, or research. However, all final deliverables undergo substantial human review, editing, and refinement by LG Works to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated suggestions may occasionally contain inaccuracies or "hallucinations." You are responsible for the final verification of all factual claims, data, and citations provided in the deliverables.
Copyright & Originality: We warrant that the final work delivered to you is a unique product of our professional service. While current law may limit copyright for purely AI-generated content, our "human-in-the-loop" process is designed to ensure the work meets the requirements for human authorship and copyright protection.
Data Privacy: We will not input your sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information into public AI models that use such data for training without your prior written consent.
